UK REACH - a new model for transitional requirements

***This half day seminar will take place during the morning of Thursday 31st October 2024***

Back in 2021, Defra made a commitment to explore alternative arrangements for UK REACH transitional registrations to minimise costs for businesses following the end of the Brexit transition period. Since then, the registration deadlines have been extended to give time for the model to be developed. 2024 is an important year, as the UK authority consults on the new model, with changes to legislation expected to follow.
